Liquid Mask
#46
When I first started using B.divleys LMF, my brother made a big fuss over it. It smells like someone had vomited in the house.
Then, my LHS brought in Parma Fasmask, funny thing is; this stuff is odourless & everyone is happy now.

I just finished the first cut on some Spraylat Sign Strip II. It's not as soft when dry as Parma or Hobbico, but it still comes up pretty easy and doesn't break in some spots like the skinny part of flames as you're peeling it off.
Perhaps on my next body I'll experiment with some elmer's.

The Parma Liquid mask you have doesn't smell? Funny, the stuff I have smells like that cheese you get in those cheese and crackers snack packs. Haha.
I use that Spraylat stuff too. It works great and holds up better against tearing. Sometimes though it does adhere to good. I will occationally pull up vinyl window mask or headlight mask if they aren't stuck on extremely well. In those cases I can kinda pull and stretch the Spraylat to the side to break the seal on the vinyl mask. Spraylat is pretty expensive but way worth it. I paid $60 for a gallon at Coast Airbrush in Anaheim California.

32 ounces of Spraylat is 25 bucks at coast, 32 ounces of Bob Dively is actually 21 bucks at tower. I guess Dively's is the least expensive route. Especially if bought in quantity. Does anyone know what a gallon of Dively's costs?
