I was thinking of making my own using those plug in led light strips you can buy. I didn't see any for sale that seemed worthwhile.

I've used a clear large plastic container i had laying around. Placed upside down with a light inside to do a few things. If is was to do a lot of detailed painting, I'd look for a large shallow one and mount some LED's inside.
