Is intermediate vinyl a good thing to use to make masks out of and who has it? what else besides masking tape is good? thanks for the help...

I use Avery A6 Intermediate sometimes to make certain masks that require finer detail. I also use another Avery product called Paint Mask, which is essentially an A6 Intermediate with a low tack adhesive. It comes in 2 different colors, A1828-S white and A1830-S yellow. I have a roll of white, and it works great. Don't leave it sit on too long, like any other masking material, or it gets tough to get off.

This car was done entirely with Avery masks that I cut and Faskolor paints...

I use the white Avery mask also. Works great.....

Mine comes from a vinyl dist.

Parma sells blank sheets of the yellow also.
