Questions?? trying to do something that should not work...

hello there i have a question is there any way to get tamiya xf series paint to stick to lexan? i know that the ps is the proper formulation but they dont have the color i want in lexan paint (flat olive drab) so ya... any help? i know how to get automotive primer to stick but i am NOT shelling out that kind of money for one body or can somebody find a flat olive drab paint for lexan or that can stick to lexan?

ya i got my answer from another source after a bit of research on youtube so ya this thread is no longer really needed

Well, even if it does stick, if you paint it on the inside, it's not going to be flat.

You could use some lexan paint, pant it, and then scuff the outside to make it not so shiny, but it's not the same thing.

ya thats why i am trying to find cheap automotive primer to paint on the outside but it is damn expensive

See if you can find on tamiyaclub or through youtube, a user that, on tamiyaclub, went by the name, Wyoming.

He painted almost all of his cars on the outside with great success.
