Need advise to create a vacuum
im painting in my appartment and i would like to hkow if it possible to create a kind of vacuum to get out the painting in the air....

Find an old range hood and built a box with the front open and the hood on top. Run a flex hose out a window.
Turn hood fan on.
Turn hood fan on.
