Found a little space heater will use it. Finished first body with paint lmf and an Airbrush. Did a rookie mistake and put to heavy of coats on so need to make sure it cures right. Well lesson learned.

I use a double window fan (12x30" or so) sitting flat, spanned across two bar stools or chairs. I set the fans to exhaust and it holds the bodies to the fan. They still get plenty of airflow so long as you leave part of the body hanging off the fan to allow air to enter the body.

Looks like this:

Back in the 90's I used to build prototype inner door panels for Cadillac. I mainly worked the paint part of it, painting the panels after construction. We had 2 boxes, each just a little bigger then the panels, with just your garden variety small space heater mounted to it blowing in. Then on the other end at the top we had a 4" PVC pipe to let the excess heat out. Would dry the panels in minutes.

So I can see how it would work well with an RC body as long as the initial heat wasnt enough to melt the lexan.

My space heater finally broke. I went to get a new one but they were "out of season"...So I got an over the door rack and use a box fan.

I still prefer a space heater but it works OK.
