Default How to cut out spaces for shocks in buggy lexan wings

I'm having a tough time cutting out the spaces for shocks in buggy lexan wings. Especially those curved molded wings with troughs in them used for collecting downforce airflow.

How do the pros cut out these indent spaces so neat and tidy? Currently I just measure and cut out a rectangle on both sides (I use a xacto to mark a rectangle then snap the lexan off).

Is there a more civilized way to cut out symmetrical rounded/oval spaces in the wings without resorting to freehand?

Thanks

Rough cut out the shape, then use the Drimel with a sanding drum to clean up the cut.
