Tricks for using Creatix AutoAir
I tried some Creatix Auto-Air paints on a clear soda bottle. But the paint did not see adhear like I thought it would. I was able scrape it off with my finger nail. It did not seem to bond to the surface.
Is this the issue with the paint or the surface?
I heard with Parma Fascolors you need to add like 2 teaspoons of Windshield washer fluid to the bottle to thin it out and to allow it to stick better. Do you do the same with creatix?
What is the proper prep to use Creatix paints?
Do I have to back the paint with Pactra to make sure its sealed?
Thanks

I allways etch every shell I paint with a scotchbrite pad so it looks misty all over(not the windows) and have never had paint peeling off even after 6 months racing with the same shell and upto now I have only used Faskolor paint neat from the jar
I occasionally thin the black for finer work but only with 10% distilled water
and allways heat set the paint with a hair dryer or an heater
