My first attempt with it almost going back to brushing it on. Figured out I was spraying it on to thin. This time I sprayed three heavy coats and is awsome. No more brush for me either.

one of our LHS uses Elmer's Glue (white glue) as masking
http://www.elmers.com/product/detail...ome-and-office

it is cheap, dries fast and if coated properly (3 to 5 coats) is very effective in masking and easy to remove if you want to remove it already.

Thanks! Since you are spraying liquid masking, you don't have to get it completely dry. If there are drops in the cracks and crevices, just spray over it with masking, it will dry.

I've always used Spraylat Sign Strip II. Its about $25 a quart, $75 a gallon, and $263.86 shipped for 5 gallons (exactly that much on ebay). Its waterbased so just thin with water if needed, I never did though. I'm not sure how the other stuff holds up but I use this mostly with autobase and holds up just fine with the harsh reducers.

Can you spray on RCS liquid mask with a Badger 250? Needs some thinning down or not? If so, water would do?
