Default

a mold, a vacformer, loads of lexan

they will get loooooads of molds made by cnc, so they are all exactly the same...then they will have hundreds of vac formers where the lexan is heated and then it is sucked onto themold and it forms the shape of the mold.

fairly simple but the cost of the molds are very expensive.

i know someone that uses his vacuum cleaner, made a mold in his garage out of wood and uses lexan he gets from a mate to make mardave shells (these stupid little 12th pan car wannabes )..the shells turn out pretty good, and fairly cheaply...much cheaper than buying a cnc
