First paint job...

Here's another one from today. I hate painting flames, but I think this one came out alright. I also tried doing the burned effect originially done by jonmills. Also proud of it.
I think I am getting addicted to painting bodies, or maybe its the paint fumes
Tell me what you all think.

still have alot to learn, but been about 5-6 months since the last paint job I did. Still need to get the hang of thinning properly to get a better flow and do better shading.
Got alot of inspiration from you pros on here.

Also how do you guys do it with the jconcepts bodies that have the blue film on the outside of the bodies?
I can't stand not being able to see the right color because of the blue tint of the film.

do yourself a favor, and pick up a 4oz bottle of Auto Air 4011 flash reducer.
I reduce almost every paint I use, even transparents. Keep in mind, if you over reduce, the paint will splatter, rather than stick.
good work man!
ps, I hate JC for that reason, but always test on scrap lexan that is clear before you lay down color on anything.

...looks like the back ends were formed from concrete(assuming that was the look you were going for, if so you nailed it!!)
You killed your last couple of bodies!! They look great, and keep up the great work!!
