i saw this asked before but there was no answer how do you stop the paint from coming off? every time ive tried painting a body the paint flakes off (im using rattle can i have no air brush) any tips or tricks to make sure the paint stays on?

What kind of paint are you using (be specific: brand, type, etc...)? The bodies need to be scuffed lightly and then washed to remove the mold release agent. Proper polycarbonate paints shouldn't flake off, even if you don't prep the body very well.
