Default Krylon Rattle Can for Lexan?

Has anyone tried the new line of Krylon Fusion rattle can paints?
I'm tired of paying $4.25 for 2 ounces of Fascolor.

The Krylon label says it bonds with plastic. If not for the primary
color - what about using it for backing - like the flat white or silver.

I use a pad and soap to clean and rough up the interrior, preliminary
tests on body scraps seems to stick pretty good.

Painting a 1/8th on road shell uses a lot of paint!

I've read the Krylon for plastic does not work very well when flexed.

I use regular rustoleum enamel for backing coats OVER faskolor, etc. It works fine and flexes without coming off.

Have you tried using Bulldog Adhesion Promoter? It is an automotive product but I have used it on two Slash bodies and I have not flaked off anything yet and believe me the Slash's take a beating. One other thing to do would be to Duct tape in the main areas that get abuse, wheel wells where the tire may spin on the body for example. There was an article in an RC magazine that shown different types of paint being used after the Bulldog and paints that were not used for plastic still held. A can of Bulldog only runs about $13 so it would be worth a try.
