I was wondering if anyone had problems dealing with Spaz Stix direct? I've ordered direct several times in the past and not a problem. I just placed an order on March 24th and never received it yet. They do not answer their phone nor respond to any of my e-mail inquiring about my order. If I log into my account at spaxstix.com...it shows my order as being cued.

Not sure what the deal is....but I will give them a few more days to respond. If no response, I will file a claim with PP to get my money back.

Also heard same story from guys at CFX site, but Spaz just wen thru packaging change sto go to 2oz. bottles...maybe that had some impact.

I got new 2oz bottles from AMain Hobbies in the last 3 weeks, so they are getting their stocks from Spaz.

Yeah...that could be why. What irritates me is not getting a person on the phone or to answer any e-mails.

I've had an order sitting there since the beginning of january,I've pretty much written it off after no replies to many calls and emails

I had the same issue.....placed an order the beginning of January and after no response via email by the end of Feb I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. I ended up ordering through Amain instead and although I love the colours that SpazStix offers, they are a pain to clean out of my brush so I know I will stick to mostly to water based from now on.

Still not response from Spaz Stix. I went ahead and filed a claim with PP to recover funds.

Kane...acetone does a fine job at cleaning the lacquer based spaz stix paint from your brush.
