If your shading is too dark yheir are a couple solutions. First you can thin your paints 50/50 with windex. If your brush has a crown, cap nozzleon the end take it off. Reducing air. Pressure to around 25 psi is good for shadows. Also instead of trying to get the shadow laid down in one pass so mnay light passes instead. Hope this helped
