I say keep it simple and clean, a recent tip that i learned from paint monster airbrushing was to use a strip of masking tape to get perfectly straight intercooler and vent lines,
No need to go wild and crazy on headlight design, some of the simpler designs are the cleanest, fastest, and easiest to do. Just be sure to incorperate shading because without it, single color headlights tend to look hack.
Here is my latest work for a customer, as you can see the headlight design is reletively simple, as is the vents and intercooler. Its all about pateince, practice, and effort!
