Carpet Body for Sedans. Please help!

Which body do you reccomend for a electric Sedans?

I run on a small tight track. 5 back to back tight hairpins and approx 55feet curved straightaway.

Please help. Thank you!

Yeah, I would have to agree. The Protoform Stratus and stratus 2 are nice if you need to tone down seeting a bit liek if you wear running on foams.

what do you mean by seeting?

this is what losi says about their lexus body on their site
The LOSA8055 Lexus IS300 was developed specifically for tight track layouts or where there is very good traction and you need to ¡°free¡± the car up for quicker response.
I would rather get like S7R if it handles good for tight carpet tracks.

Is there any difference between the protoform stratus and protoform stratus 2.0?

I have been also thinking about the escudo body (even though it's 200mm)

what do you guys think of the escudo?

Actually many people who have tried the lexus actually have said its quite a bit more pushy than the Alfa.

Steve, I have run the Escudo on carpet with rubber tires. The way it went on my car, it handles super. It was just plain planted.

cool, tim
I guess I am getting some Long life rubber tires and escudo body.
With the way i drive, foam tires won't last!

Matter of fact, the reason I tried it. I went to Japan fo rthe HPI finals last year, and about half the locals where running it. Make sure you slam the body as much as possible, as it is kinda tall.

You may want to get the car pretty dialed with a stratus, and then go from there, as that will give you a good starting point. :>

Whoa, I really messed that one up. I meant if you need to tone down steering, the Stratus 2.0 is a good body. Thats what I get for speed typing and doing other things at the same time! lol
