Just wondering if anyone might have some images of some r/c bodies that were painted in a full black and white cow theme?

Reason being, my girlfriend completely loves anything to do with cows. So for winter indoor racing this year, I wanted to surprise her by getting a cow themed body painted up for her (maybe she will race with me more).

But I was looking around for something to give the fellow @ the LHS to use as a guide to paint with. That way I can just print it out and say "do something like this in the picture", kind of thing.

It's just the guy @ the LHS wanted me to give him colours in which to use for my lid to have painted and I have an image printed out now and so I just wanted to do the same thing for him to use.

Otherwise, i'll just use that milk bottle photo I found on google.. hah.

sorry it took me so long to get back to you I was originally going to draw on one of the paint templates but found some good examples of 1/1 cars instead.

Savage6151: Thanks for the photo! Not sure if I personally like the gold glitter over the cow theme, but I like the idea behind having something on top of the cow print!

K_spec_rc: yeah I tried to google anything and I could only come up with actual cow photos..hah.


yeah it will definately help. I'll have to get them printed, get them over to the LHS dude, give him the example and see what he comes up with.

Downside is, due to indoor racing starting up soon it will probably be January before I can re-update this thread with photos ...

I'm not up to buying rattle cans to paint outside in the snow to attempt doing this. So its easier to just pay someone to do it.

Wow ... remember my old thread from last month .. here are the photos!!!

These are for the Sportwerks Recoil chassis and I just picked them up this past saturday. I will have to take better photos once they are stickered and such and sitting on the chassis.

I must say I was very impressed with the work done by The Zoom Room (www.thezoomroom.ca) and my girlfriend was completely 100% FLOORED seeing the cow design! She loves the cow dude on the hood.

(I hope she comes out to race now)...

got mooooooooo , well i havent seen so much moooo paint since cliff lett showed off the new t4 associated truck at the winterchamps in tampa florida ,losi made some decals for their buggys and trucks called cowanator ,spilnmilk,got beef .....ight be able to find a photo in archive at rc10.com

Back in the late '80s/early '90s Cliff Lett showed up with his Team Associated truck painted with the cow paint scheme -- he was the originator, everyone else is copying his idea.
