Dave flickr is tough to beat for 6 bucks a month. I was a paid photo bucket member for many years and they grew into a level of suck and adware that was pure insanity, especially if you're paying for an "ad free experience".
Flickr has no ads, it's 6 bucks a month and that gets you a ridiculous amount of storage, 100gigs I think, and unlimited linking etc etc. I've been using them since 2008 and have zero complaints. They also don't downsize your photos automatically and they render in full scale or whatever size you choose.
