Here is some pics of my torana body after wheel arch mods to get wheel clearance.
The rear body post are new uncut posts which only give me the minimum body height so no choice but to flare the arches out.

Default My First VTA Body!

Just sprayed the paint today. A tribute 1966 Mustang of Dr. Dick Thompson and Jim Sutter. According to HistoricTransAm.com, this was the first car to enter the Trans Am series, hence the number 1, and the fastest qualifier at the first race. Pretty cool history and I don't recall seeing anyone else do up the same paint job, so it should be something different at the track.

*Disregard the wheels and tires, it will have proper HPI wheels/tires when it races.

Just finished my own rendition of the 1969 Bud Moore #16 Mustang originally driven by George Follmer with a little help from Custom Racing Stickers. The McAllister is a decent body but the tail end is a little out of scale. Can't wait to get it on the track.

Epic Ride There, also would like to point out that Hot Wheels has a diecast of this car out (very nice car must I add) as well as a nice 1965 Mustang which can be seen here http://hotwheels.wikia.com/wiki/Hot_...ng_2012_Muscle after seeing all these Rides (especially the Hot Wheels Ones) I wish we still raced VTA as SC is starting to lose its cosmetic charm

also if I ever get VTA racing again, sneak peak of my new ride http://images.wikia.com/hotwheels/im...69camaro-1.jpg

I'm going to have to get one of those Hot Wheels now to display it with my VTA ride!
