Default To much work

All you have to do is leave the overspray film on where you want to stay glossy and wipe or spray laquer thinner or mek where you want dull .

Buy sandable auto body primer from the auto parts store. Paint on the outside. You can use black on the inside as well to ensure it is a uniform black if there are scratches. This was how the first murdered out camaro was created several years ago.

I spent today working on a new body. Since the '70 AAR Cuda is back on the shelves, I picked one up and decided to do a tribute to Dan Gurney and Swede Savage. This pic is still incomplete, need to finish the rear spoiler and add the white 8 spoke wheels and Goodyear tires.

The real race car:

Is that one of Carl's decal sets? Looks good. There is a thread on Facebook trying to get Swede Savage's daughter into a car for the Indy 500.

My son and I attended the U.S. Nationals Drag Race today at Lucas Oil Raceway. Great day for drag racing, but we also saw some eye candy that I thought you guys would enjoy...good scheme ideas! The Hot Wheels Camaro is a beauty. Wow. That paint is so deep its unbelievable.

Yes, it is Carl's work. Nice decals, too.

I right clicked and saved those pics Dave...nice body! I especially like the low row of sponsor decals. Can't wait for a fun weekend at the Southern Nationals.
