The TC3 and TC4 use standard hardware. TC5 and newer went to metric. But I think even the TC6 has 1 or 2 parts on it that are still standard.

you can shoot a PM to dodgeboy ( http://www.bodiesbybean.com/ )- he's the guy that does all my painting...all his bodies are all paint, very little to no actual decals on the stuff he does

I highly recommend his work

Another questions for you pros , if I'm using a 190mm chassis and my body is a 200mm challenger, what do I need in frt. and rear of the car to make my wheels fit nicely and realistic in the wheel wells?

A Challenger is 200mm in front and 210mm in the rear. With the front tires being 28mm just put them on the car and it should be close. The rear should be fine also because the tires are 31mm with a 6mm offset wheel. If you find you want to space it out more just add some shims inside the wheel and/or go to a bigger wheel hex. The most I've done is go from a 4mm hex to a 6mm hex.

I'm still looking for a deal on another TC6 to build into a VTA car, but in the meantime here it is mounted on my other TC6. Thanks to Carl for the great stickers! Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.

TommyR if your looking for an excellent TC6 my team mate does not like VTA (to many moving parts). I rebuilt his car with many new parts including all new ball bearings. I might have been raced twice. I don't have pictures but it has a Javelin body I painted. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll send you his e-mail.

I couldn't agree more. Chris is a top notch painter.

Thanks very much, y'all. I really should get a better pic in the sunlight. The colors look all faded in the pics, but they're very rich and deep in reality. Even the wheels came out just like I'd hoped. They're dyed, by the way.
