Problem posting pictures

I have tried to post pictures here but it says my file size is to large. Yet I have noticed real nice hi-res photos here. How do you guys do it?

How do you post a thumb nail pic that, when clicked on it takes ou to a big pic. Trying to keep from posting a larger pic in the thread.

Hit post reply and at the bottom there is a tab called addition options. Attach files and manage attachments button.

the easy way to do it is to wrap [img] tags around the small image, then highlight it and click the hyperlink button and paste in the URL for the larger image.
