Gravity feed for sure. You can paint at lower pressure and paint response is instant.

Plus with the gravity feed there is less waste and is easier to clean.

I'd agree that gravity feed gives good results easier, and is more forgiving with regards to paint viscosity and air pressure.

There are 2 advantages to bottom feed - the paint is in a bottle, so it's harder to spill, and you can paint much bigger areas without refilling.

thanks for the info i called my guy up last night and told him to cancel one order and order me up the gravity feed one
