Paint Flow Consistency

Paint Flow Consistency
I have an issue with how consistent the flow is out of my airbrush. When I first start a stroke, I pull back on the trigger to get the amount of paint I need but as I continue the stroke, that amount of paint gets to be less as though I was letting the trigger move forward a little. I've played with pressures and paint thinning but I can't seem to get it right.
The brush I'm using is an Iwata Revolution CR. Paint is Createx (Pearl Satin Gold in this case). I've tried spraying from 10lbs up to 40lbs but seem to get similar results. I typically thin with either 50/50 distilled water and Windex or 50/50 distilled water and Fantastik. For pearls I typically would thin the paint to about 70 paint / 30 thinning mixture.
Any suggestions?
