Questions?? Painting F-350 - need help

Hey guys I got the tamiya f-350 high-lift kit, built it and installed the mfc-02 unit, just waiting on my futaba 4wd radio from towers.

So I figured in that time I'll paint the body, but I've no clue how, never painted a resin body before, only lexan.

I want to paint it exactly like the box, so I've already bought the tamiya paints TS-51, TS-75, and X-18.

Anyone have any advice or better yet a tutorial on how to get started and some pointers.

Thanks.

When painting the hilift body, just remember lightest colors first and take your time do lots and lots a light coats, i did 2 primer coats , 3 full body silver coats and then masked the bottom half of the body and did metalic red with about 5 coats... Just take your time and do it where dust isn't a issue... other wise your gunna have little imperfections on the body, if dust settles on the body leave it allone and sand it out once dry and touch up if needed. Good luck
