A friend gave me his old Badger 150 to use and I read about some others having problems with the acrylics not flowing well. Does the 150 do better with a L size tip? I need to tune this up and don't want to waste any $. I am going to use createx and spray Bob D. liquid mask as well. I have a good compressor that can do 80+ psi. Can anybody give some starting points for tips and pressure with the 150?

Also, anybody know a of cheap form of polycarbonate film/sheet besides 2 litre bottles? Nothing I drink comes in those.
