Default Slash

Here is my latest work.

I used Parma faspearl white, faswhite, fasblue, and fassilver. The red is Candy Apple Red (a color that will be available from Spaz-stix in the not to distant future). I used two shades of silver to make the red "pop" a little more, the lighter spunged on using a plastic bag, and then sprayed the darker shade.

IMO this is the brightest red i have ever seen!!!
enjoy!

Default First airbrush attempt

Here is my first attempt at an airbrush job with a new (to me!) Badger.

I picked up a a bunch of Createx paints at Michael's for <$2 a bottle after the 40% off coupon they had at the register. It's great being able to mix custom colors cheaply!

What's your secret for even checks on a contoured portion of the body?

I paint the frames (like you say on another thread). However I use liquid masking.

Since the car is nitro and the colors are Faskolor, the silver is from tamiya and I paint all the indide to protect against fuel.
