runryder under the painting section has really good threads on painting canopies. The key is a good automotive clear coat so that the paint will not be messed up by the nitro in the fuel.

Thanks for the link guys, in fact I'm about to rise a question on the canopy meterial too.
Someone from the 'flying-zone' knew I paint bodies, & ask me if I'm able to paint their birds. But, it is not fiberglass, is made of plastic like those fuel bottles....& I'm not so sure that colors will stay. They have been using Tamiya PS can spary paint with good result.
This site tell me everything I need to know, I hope Faskolor will hold before the clear coat is lay.

Thanks again.

E.T. Check out the threads over there on "flashing" the polystyrene canopies. If done right, faskolors will stick to them until you get the clear coat on. No biggie

I did this fiberglass one with matching tailboom for a Century rep I fly with. I've also done the polystyrene "bleach bottle" canopies in the past. I prefer fiberglass anyday!!!

Oh, there's a nice one. Yes, I like working with fiberglass too, just like bike helmets. Do you think those models primer from hobbyshop example; Tamiya brand will work? Or it is a must to use those for car bumpers?
Anyway, yes I'll check out the threads, thanks again XAC.
