I have done this for years, without any issues. Always make sure the paint is dry, before going to a different type of paint. If at all possible, I use the solvent-based paints first, then the water-based.

What about thinners and additives like Createx 4030, have you ever tried using them with Faskolor and Spaztix?

Fascolor products are made by Createx so mixing them shouldn't be a problem but they arent always the most up to date formulations, so I would test first.

As far as other brands try it at your own risk, it may work out. The good thing is RC paint jobs usually don't have to last that long so its not like making a mistake on a car or motorcycle.

Faskolor, createx, wicked, auto air are same paint. Can mix and match within all these brands. Spaztix is solvent based so it can't be mixed with the others but can be sprayed first or after the others.
