ANTI DRAG RING ?? Worth it?
 
I came across this +200 to 300 RPM Anti Drag Ring HPI FG Baja Losi Zenoah Fuelie CY RCMK Gas Engine | eBay

How's does this work? Is it worth it to get 200-300 extra Rpms?

I'be used them on my marine motors but did not notice anything. Just another place for air to leak.

Yes it is english, for people that build race engines, and since it went over your head I don't recommend you try it

While annealing the ring do so in small steps, too much and the ring is useless, the ring should have enough tension to hold the piston and rod in the cylinder without it sliding on its own but barely
