G320 w/Turtle Racing
I picked up a G320, TR Clutch housing, TR clutch bell carrier, and TR clutch bell. When all TR parts are installed, the pinion no longer spins freely. It acts as if the clutch was engaged. When I pulled it back a part to see what going on, it looks like the clutch bell is making contact with the outside of the clutch. Any ideas?

Do you have the right clutch housing? The one for the 320 is different and there are two types for that depending on what it's going in.

It's the housing for the 320. The only way I can get it to work properly is to remove the clutch shoes shim washers

Assuming this is on a Losi 5IVE you need to be using the CY clutch plate and clutch plate bolt: http://www.davesmotors.com/CY-RC-54m...225023020.html
The Zenoah clutch plate pushes the shoes away from the engine about 3mm more than the CY. This ends up having the edge of the clutch shoes dig into the inner face of the clutch bell. Just slap the CY plate in there and you will be set.

It is rubbish. Do some research. The fitting is bad and the taper won't grip and you end up burning it to crisp on your crankshaft and stuffing your engine.
Plus 32cc too much power and problems lot of problems. It is documented in many forums.
I would strongly advice to read this thread first. No customer service and rude. Not fixing the problems etc.

Real eye opener.

You have to run the CY plate. Get a puller and the swap is easy.
The Zen G32 is likely the best engine out there right now. It's not even close to having too much power.
