Default RC10L stock car or truck body

Does anyone know where to get a stock car or truck body that will fit on a rc10L? The front wheelbase is 8 1/2 and the rear is 9 3/8 thanks!!
Sorry if this is the wrong thread!! I see mostly dirt oval on here and if so could a mod please move this to the right section?
Thanks!!

What you want is a "wide" pan car body - try McAllister for those: http://www.mcallisterracing.com/

I had looked at those but I'm not sure if the "stock car" (280) body is wide enough. I know the Nissan body is wide enough but is that usually allowed in stock car racing?

Then are there any truck bodies?

Thanks!!

Double-check your cars' measurements then e-mail McAllister to check theirs - your 10L, assuming the rear axle is spaced correctly, should fit any "wide" pan car body. Wide pan cars were more or less replaced by "narrow" ones for Oval racing around 1992 so your only other option would be to see if some of the other surviving body companies from that era have anything so also try Parma and RJSpeed, aka Bolink. Try emailing them and see if they have anything they can dust off in their warehouse for you.

Call Gary or Cathie at McAllister also - they may still have other of their old wide car moulds -- I know the Wide stock car fit properly on my old 235mm "Original" 10L, but what I don't recall is if I did it w/ 2" wide tires or 1.8" rears. (I know we usually raced with them narrower 1.5 - 1.8 on the oval. )

Just as an FYI, the measurement you are talking about is your track width or even just "width" - the cars' wheelbase is the distance from the centerline of the front axle to the centerline of the rear axle - don't want you to get a bad measurement when you contact them.
