Default brakes engaging when on full throttle

I have a Mugen MRX 3 and for some reason when I'm on full throttle the brakes engage fully. It appears that when I put the car in full throttle, the pin and engages the brakes is turning also and engaging the brakes. The pin isn't turning in the same direction as it does when the brakes are applied, but rather it seems that when there is throttle input, the pin is turning to much in the opposite direction causing the brakes to engage. Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this?

Hello.....check your brake cam post and/or your brake linkage.....something must be binding to cause this. I have 3 of these cars and have not seen nor heard of this problem. Also make sure your brake plates are free on the 2 pins that go through them. Good luck.
