Building a racer for this summer.Received my shocks today and pulling them apart to go through for "peace of mind".I found limiters on my shock shaft after pulling the boots.Dont see them in the manual.You RACERS using em?Any setup suggestions on shock setups?Im going to put 35wt in front and 30 rear w/DDM springs.what are characteristics in handling compared to my 5ive?Anyone use those aftermarket drive shafts?Any suggestions from trck goers would be greatly appreciated

Any one else spur gear not true? Mine wobbles. I'm trying to figure out why this is.

i am putting a dbxl together and my spur is a little wobbly also.hopefully its not an issue.

yup, normal. Had one that was way out of wack, horizon sent me a new gear, same issue. I sanded down the plastic case till it was good and flat, that helped a little. Just a little wobble in it now.

I am building a racer for the track this spring so this is not a tested setup but will repost after findings.This setup I used on my 5ive and seemed to work well.I have 35wt in front shocks and 30wt in rear/with the stiffer DDM springs.I have 5000wt diff fluid in center and front diffs w/3000wt in rear.I highly recomend team fast eddy bump stop screws to protect your chassis from your droop screws.They almost dug all the way through on my 5ive until I installed them.GOOD LUCK I will post my findins after a day at the track(wont be for a couple months we still have snow on the ground)

It's done the same to the stock 23cc motor as well
