check for air leaks around carb area. if not the carb may be gummed up and needs to be cleaned. The bog out is the clutch starting to grab because of the high idle. The clutch grabs which slows the rpms just enough to make the clutch let go, idle shoots back up and it grabs again.

Make sure your throttle servo isn't part of the problem seeing you don't have a radio to turn on and center everything.

Depending on the phone if you turn it on it's side you will get a wider vid.

check all your fuel lines. Do you have a filter in the tank? With it running get a can of wd-40 and spray around the gasket area if there is a leak you'll know.

Have you tried to run it as in your video without the gas cap tightened? It could be vacuum in the tank causing this. Also check the fuel lines to see if they has been mixed up, the bottom one on the carb should be the one with filter/clunk on in the tank. Also try start gas and spray it around the carb and the gaskets with the engine running to see if the idle picks up, if it does you have a leak somewhere.

Alright guys just thought id update the status of the fg. The was a pinch in one of the fuel lines and it was starving for fuel. Must of been when i removed the rollcage to clean it when i zip tied the fuel lines to the cage i must have crimped the line too tight. Thanks for all your help
