Default Mounting 1/8 scale onroad bodies...

What's the best way to measure up the bodies for mounting....Do you just eye ball it???? Line up the wheels to the centers of the wells???

There's got to be an easy way....any ideas...tricks???

the easiest way is to borrow a similar body from a fellow racer and just trace it from their.

Just remove your engine, handle, and possibly your tank, to allow the lexan to touch all four body posts. Center up on front wheel well and then mark everything with sharpie including where to cut out for the engine, handle and exhaust. Once the body is all bashed up and your ready for a new one, keep the old one as template (assuming it's mounted right), like Edwin mentioned above.
