Was cruising around Irvine Lake yesterday and found a new R/C off road track sized for 1/5 scale near the lake!! Several 1/5 trucks were running--didn't see if they were holding any organized racing yet--but nice facility with drivers stand built on top of a storage container with good view of the road course--and an oval track to the left side of the main track. On the south side of Irvine Lake--turn in before you get to the main lake entrance and drive over the hill to the back.

The link shows track fee is $10. Since its near the lake, do you have to pay any other fees before getting to the track?

NO we drove right up to it with no problem. It's not IN Irvine Lake--just south of it where there's a big campground area on the hill. Behind that area is where the track is.
