Why would it not work?

Since most touring car companies are trying to center battery and motor placement to improve the cars handeling and cornering ability, why wouldnt cells down the center of an oval pan car or sedan. An example would be the new losi sedan with the centered batteries. Could that possibly make a good oval sedan?

In oval you're only turning left, having the weight biased to the left side of the car is actually wanted... The Losi is trying to get the car evenly balanced.... You can use any car you want, some will handle better.... My choice for Oval sedan would be a car with all the batteries on the left side of the car and the rest of the electronics pushed as close to the center as I could....

there has been cars in the past that have been centerlined.. they dont work on 99% of the tracks. there just isnt enough corner speed in them..

they work well on the velodrome tracks.. but were taling 1/4 mile tracks.. on tracks that big, you need little steering..
