Quick questions about FG 4WD on road. I am trying to rebuild the shock and the diff. What shock oil (viscosity) you guys put in the front and the rear shocks? I think the original is 4000. Can I put diff oil in the original gear diff? I think it comes with grease originally, but I am not sure what kind of grease it is and what is the viscosity. Hope someone can help, thanks.

Subhk, I purchased 7000, 8000 and 9000 and played around with whats up front and back and I just couldn't see the difference. As for the diffs, I used Valvaline full Synthetic greese 400-450 deg heat range in my self-locker and haven't had and issue. Hope this helps

What a Great Sunday it was today ... So good to see the regular Regulars , and the Old Regulars , and hopefully now we will have some New Regulars ,,, ( get it ? ,, tryin to be Funny ) but really it was a Fun day . Nice to blow the dust off the 1/8 scale cars today too ,,, Looking forward to next weeks test and tune day before our Wagner Sunday ... Enjoy the week and see all Next Sunday

Thx for the quick answer. May I ask what kind of lock diff? There are four folds and two folds self locking diff, not sure what are the differences. Also there is scm2 diff ....

Guys I just realized I need to order a clear body(don't want use the painted BMW M3 body my new Fg sports line 530 comes with. Are the Delta Plastik bodies worth it or should I just buy a FG body. Thanks Pat.
