Hi, I 'm trying to locate some 1/5 scale tires for a guy at work that will be used for a 1/5 scale 54 porche. They are like the ones one would see on a VW.

Can anyone give me some leads?

ok, and are the rims a square drive rim? or are they for a hex drive like on the Bajas?

this may be a trick. i dont ever recall seeing VW type rims (big rounded VW center hub or Rim) look to them.

the best option may be to use HPI Front Rims with the HPI 5T Front Tires (they have a very realistic tread look to them) and have the center VW hubs modded to them.
the 5T rims utilize a 24mm Hex drive, and they make adapters for the square drive rigs to convert to Hex drives for the other wheels.
