Default dirt oval newb questions

im currently running a brushless slash that i want to pull double duty with - dirt oval runner / trail basher
with that in mind what kind of changes can i make to the chassis and suspension to handle the oval better but still be able to change around for when i go play in the trails

Add some pre-load to the LR shock, and if you can mount most of the gear to the left, if you can mount the battery on the left it will help, also buy an 1/8 latemodel body if your rules allow
