Track set up will be on Thursday night at 8:00 PM.
Hopefully more people than the usual guys(Team Contrast) show up for set up. I heard that you get a lap docked off of your best qualifer if you don't help!!

Getting close.

Sedan is done except for bleeding rear brakes but that can wait until trackside or the hotel room Thursday Night. I never got a new body mounted up and painted so I'll be looking pretty ruff.

F1 still needs body to be completed (final paint coat and decals), and brakes bled.

It's going to be a whirlwind week(end). I have to drive to Arizona for work immediately following the mains and trophy presentations and will be stationed out there for a week or longer. I hope Ray has my beverage order placed.

Looking forward to Friday-- I'd love to come out and help set up--but my knee is not going to be good for that. I'll help count cars--or anything else you might need that doesn't require moving around. I've got Frank Killam's box of tires for the street class cars if anyone needs tires--mostly A compound.

The weather is going to be sunny and warm--so the bite should keep coming up all three days!! Should be some quick times out there!!

I believe we have no entries for the 1/8 GT class.
I have set the time schedule accordingly and posted it here for the peolple travelling and for the people that need schedule stuff after the race.
I believe it's up to the committee on whether or not we want to add more entries for an additonal class at this point.
Entries for an existing class should be no problem as they will not affect the schedule.

According to the Event flyer, we have 1/5th bikes, 1/5th Street, 1/8 GTP for the Exhibition race in this Event, however no one from 1/8th GTP has registered and/or contacts event committee by the time pre-registration is closed. Therefore,they did not put 1/8th GTP Class in their time schedule. This is not a club race, therefore official contact would be appreciated.

For the event committee and GLARCRC,
If I am not correct, please advise me.
And appreciate you guys' hard work to make it happened.

Local 1/5th scale drivers,
Please help us tonight to set up the track in order to run the practice from the early morning tomorrow.

As a regular member, AL will be there tonight and in addition, Hugh is here in California now from Canada, he said he will help us,too.

He left his home at 3:00am their time and he also drove Buffalow?? to Chicago. And flew Chicago to LosAngeles. Lo~~ng trip.
