Default OFNA GTP 2 Support

I've been searching around a few sites and I've noticed very little support or talk of the GTP 2, but can find many threads and fourms on the Kyosho Inferno GT. I think it kinda sucks considering OFNA has a pretty good car. I mean for one thing it can surely take a hit and keep going. Last weekend I had the pleasure of breaking in the engine let's just say I almost thought I broke it to pieces when the radio stopped responding and it went full speed into the curb and flipped up some 5 feet in the air. I was sure I killed my car just 4 days after buying it. I came to find to my surprise that it was in perfect condition minus a broken heatsink fin and one clutch shoe. I'm pretty pleased with the car but its sad to see not as much support as the other cars in its class. I mean don't get me wrong I enjoy figuring out things on my own, but sometimes you just want to see what things others have tried.

Dynotech shock towers are a great addition the car too.....

Had very good luck with the car this summer.

Wow I'm surprised someone actually responded to my week old post. To think I thought I was alone. I think its a shame Kyosho Inferno cars get more attention than the OFNA when they are both great cars. Ill add the OFNA appears to have stronger parts but may not be as quick as the KYOSHO but still nonetheless a good r/c. Oh well I guess back to the cave I go in search of things yet undone to my hobbies

I think the GTP 2 is a competitive car, there are not many people racing them though. The GT series of cars is just catching on in at many race tracks. The Ofna platform meaning chassis and drivetrain is very reliable. I race an Ofna DM1 Spec and a Kyosho Inferno GT1. I prefer the Ofna DM1 Spec car for racing at the track.

Nitrohouse fully supports this car, and they ship parts quickly.
