www.hobbytalk.com under the oval section, there is also alot of good reading over there on pan car setups, if someone give advise here its just going to be general knowledge stuff, it wont be specific to your car, track and driving style, those questions would be beter asked at the track were you plan to race.
But to get the car in the ballpark start by reading the manual or looking on the builders website.
