I agree 100% I dont like the ofna body at all, you could sell it to help buy a new one, the C&M bodies is very nice and Mike Ottinger is the new owner

also there is a new body out that looks good too.

Molded one piece body's are all about the same, if you let fab'd bodies run your just asking for trouble , people will build them with tons of downforce, and then the war begins, joe gets beat by sam. joe goes home and builds another body, next week joe beats sam.
Its a never ending story, molded bodies are easier to tech and write a spec on.
I would not want to be a track worker were someone was running a metal body, would you?
Matter a fact I wouldnt want to be standing around the track watching a race where people were running metal bodies

I make mine out of 0.60 lexan ,and thay are about the same size as the ofna bodys,I see what you are saying, but I race real lates and we have a set size we can make are bodys. and we all show up with the same size cars.if we did not have the right size we would not race,so no one trys to cheat.

I too ran real lates back in the early 80's, but with 15 different style bodies coming to an rc track the tech alone would take hours, and people would still build wedeges around the rules like this

Notice the length, height and wideth all fall into the rule, but notice the deck made into a wedge
