i hope your tires are not glued yet, your left or drivers sides are backwards, the V pattern always goes forward,

looks just like a L8 to me. And it makes no difference on which way the tires face, I can say that 100% for sure on the Ofna tires, pictured, now the Losi dlm's I havent ran enough but I suspect it wont matter

How much taller are you thinking? The body already sits on the tower as it is. What ride height are you trying to achieve?

The flex chassis tends to tighten the cars up in the corners and makes them push a little but is more forgiving.

I have not heard of any new front shock tower?? Losi does have carbon fiber towers available but the geometry is identical to the kit towers.

dang guys All i did was take a 8ight 2.0 and put the late model shock towers ,bumpers, body mounts and a set of front shocks on the rear.

I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS DONE THIS YET !!!!!!

as for the tires i use them for breakins

i run C&M bodys they dont hit the front shock tower

i would like to get more travel out of the front.. 1mm taller would help!! im running 22mm ride in the front.and have to use droop to get it to that ride hight.
so its more on the bottoming out side of the shock travel

actually its from flipping a motorcycle over backwards lol, used to roadrace, I seem to do ok on the track with my tires whichever way. I asked that same question to some guy named Bob Light, he said it was cool, so I figured it would be ok.

Dynotech makes different shock towers for the L8 where you can run touring car shocks.
