Dirt Oval In Kirby Arkansas

OK guys as i told you we are building a Dirt Oval Track in Kirby we have started the dirt work and the track lay out looks like this 20 foot wide lanes and 125 foot banked strat a ways. This is gone to be one nice track we have lots of work left to do and right now it looks like a Pond but as soon as we get some nice days we are gone to get back to work on it and hope to be racing on it some time in March. We are gone to run 1/8 Late model and 1/10 Nitro and Electric and the new 1/10 Losi Sprint Cars and have a open class to run what ever you brung like monter trucks and truggys.Here are some pic let me know what you guys think?

Whats going on? see you building you a lil Eldora lol looks good LMk when you get it done me and some locals may make the hike one weekend.

We hope to be running on it some time in March HOPE .Hey Tiney I think this track is gone to be big anuff to run some 1/5 if you gus wont to bring your 5B down one weekend and have some fun and i talked to Punch and he is gone to bring his 1/5 Sprint car and run it when ever we get the track fixed up. Hey Maxdawg i would love for some of you guys to come down and race with us one weekend and the track in only 1/2 from Lake Greeson that is a great place to camp bath rooms and ever thing.I will keep you guys posted with pic and stuff as we go THANKS guys.

Hey Loopedout we hope to get a lot of people from the OKC it is not that far of a drive and this track will be fast you have my WORD no that.And we have a great Camp Sight right on Lake Greeson With Bath rooms and ever thing so you can bring the Wife and kids and they can Camp and Swim at the lake as you Race all weekend how much fun will that be.

I have a friend that owens a motel that is nice and i think the weekend we have big races i can get him to cut you guys a deal for the night.The Motel is only 8 miles from the track. And we have a Store right next to the track that makes Hambugers and Fries and stuff like that so food will not be hard to find.

Wow! How far is Kirby from Jonesboro? I'll have to get started on the Baja 5b late model project that I've been putting off. Please post pics when your track is finished. Looks like it's gonna be really fast!!!

Hey speed006 the track is around 3 hours from Jonesboro but it will be worth the drive when we get it done.
