Who makes the Nastruck bodies that are prefered for oval? I like a couple McCallister bodies I saw. HPI had some too. THX for your help.

Roofslide,
The KSG Gen1 is a great car to start with, the 10L3 would probably work too.
Most of the oval stuff now is using LIPO batteries. (Orion 3200 or 3400)
They were running a 4 cell spec (27t brushed) class at Hot Rod Hobbies and Racer's Haven in the past. I know there is/was some talk about upgrading that class to 21.5/LIPO at HRH, but I don't know the outcome.
Our series runs the 17.5 motor w/ LIPO for our truck class (our guys like OUT of CONTROL trucks - lol )
For truck bodies, the McAllister TOYOTA is popular, as is the Protoform ORT body. (on the SHORT tracks) On the velodromes, the HPI Silverado, the McAllister Toyota is popular too.
The 10L3 is still a VERY popular chassis for Velodrome racing....
