2007 Turkey Night Dirt Oval with the Ventura Roadrunners!

It's that time of year for our annual Dirt Oval Turkey Night Race. This year things have got a late start, and we decided to still have the race if there's enough interest generated by you racers. If some out there don't know, we have one of the few dirt oval tracks in So Cal. It has an approx 300' runline!!
It's a hard packed dirt/clay surface that loves to be driven FAST on! We have nitro and electric classes and an open truck class to "run whatcha brung" check our website out for more info, or post questions here. I'm not the most well versed on the oval, but I'll get the answers from those who do!

The race is slated for November 17th sometime in the early afternoon till late! The lights are a blast to run under. Too late to organize any food for the event, so it will be run for all of us who don't want to see it be missed this year. I run a MF electric truck with SRP shock towers, tc shocks and Cooper foams... oh yeah and something wicked fast in the gearbox!! It's always been a blast, even if I only run oval 1 time a year. Let's hear who would want to make this race!!

Hi everyone,

just met mark and the guys out there this last sat. and had a blast,thanks for the help mark. I just started rc and cant wait to start racing the oval.I for sure will be there on the 17th, hey its even my birthday on the 17th so how cool is that, picking up new foams and body for my nitro truck this weekend and a 1/18 sprint car so im ready to rock and roll.
